My name is Édson Júnior, founder of Avila Tech AI, and for more than 20 years, I have lived inside industry and agriculture—measuring, analyzing, and transforming real-world operations.

I spent two decades applying Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and high-efficiency methodologies in packing houses, farms, and factories across several countries. During that time, I closely observed the sector's biggest challenges: operational bottlenecks, invisible losses, productivity deviations, and quality variations that directly impact a company's bottom line.

This accumulated experience resulted in something greater than just management tools: it generated a mindset, a proprietary methodology, a precise way of viewing processes.

And it was precisely this methodology—built in the field, day after day, alongside operators, managers, and producers—that was ultimately transformed into Artificial Intelligence.
